CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Policy
We take pride in being a reliable small business. We take exceptional pride in doing a far superior job than the "big guys." The lifeline of our business is customer satisfaction and loyalty. This means we deliver the finished product that we promise in the amount of time that we promise. Because of our small business touch we only use the highest most qualified staff. Often the work is done exclusively.
With this extra touch comes some responsibility on the customer. Cancellations are very costly to our business. Of course we anticipate things like rain days and other forces of nature and understand that hey, "emergencies happen." But we ask that you try as hard to keep all appointments with us as we do for you.
OUR CANCELLATION POLICY IS AS FOLLOWS:
All cancellations other than weather related must be made with a minimum of 24 hour notice.
- First cancellation - No charge
- Second cancellation - 25% charge of previous job plus next appointment must be prepaid via credit card
- Third cancellation - 50% charge of previous job plus next appointment must be prepaid via credit card
- Fourth cancellation - 100% charge of previous job plus next appointment must be prepaid via credit card
